"How do I help my loved one struggling with addiction?"
listen to episode 1 of Circle of Chairs Conversations
Listen in now to the first Circle of Chairs Conversations.
And, no, this isn’t a podcast. In case you were wondering.
Well, not really.
I wanted to do something different—and because I love
so much, we are keeping it here. You’ve got to be in the circle to get access. These are weekly-ish discussions about topics that are important to you.
You will hear clinical insights, research-based trends, and conversations from experts in the fields of addiction, mental health, and trauma recovery.
Our first topic? One of my favorite things to talk about: Family.
How do we help our loved ones who are struggling?
How can we help ourselves if we are feeling overwhelmed by what our loved one is going through—or by what they’ve put us through?
Research has some really interesting things to say about the impact of family on recovery. I can’t wait to dive into this topic and also share more about how you can support your loved one. Not after you’ve figured it all out, but right now. In the middle of whatever you might be facing right now.
Let’s jump in.

I will let you know, Caroline. I wish I had known better how to help my brother that struggled with addiction before he passed away 💔😢. I tried to support him as much as I could but have learned so much more since his death
Thank you, Caroline! This is so helpful 💗🙏
